All visitors to the North Carolina Ports must have an appointment to enter the terminal grounds. You can only gain direct access to the terminal with a valid TWIC security card.

General Cargo

Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to noon; 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday upon request

Latest Time For Appointments:

Imports Pickup • 4:15 p.m.

Single Moves • 4:15 p.m.

Double Moves • 4:00 p.m.

Live Reefers • 4:30 p.m.

Export Delivery • 4:00 p.m.

Restroom/Rest Stop Areas:

These areas are located at the Resolution Building.
